How Long more II

Bad Governance in Nigeria (Young Nigerian Speak Up)
‘How long more’ is a phrase applied when we are tired of a situation or events?
The situation and events of my Nigeria is not strange to all entity called Nigerian, am sure we all can analyze, discuss, point fingers, to all the negative issues facing us. My focus on this piece is not on our problems which have doubled in recent pasts but our part in making things better.
United Nations defines Good governance as an authoritywith its institutions accountable, effective and efficient, participatory, transparent, responsive, consensus-oriented, and equitable. These are the major characteristics of good governance as outlined by the United Nations.
The above definition sounds strange in Nigeria context, it is more of paper work or theory taught in school, before I dwell and get submerged in our problems, Let me go straight to my point.
I feel the time has come when I / we should stand up, get up and speak up. We have had enough of Bad governance in Nigeria.
The time has come for every Nigerian, who thinks he / she has future in this country,
Those who spent years upon years writing WAEC & JAMB in order to gain admission into university,
Am talking about Young Nigerians who spent additional 2-4 years in higher institutions due to no fault of theirs.
Am talking about Young Nigerians who left university and spent series of years searching for jobs,
Am talking of us who did not have free meal while in university or free vehicles upon graduation.
Am talking about young Nigeria who feels enough is enough.
Am talking young Nigerians who think and belief the time is NOW 0:00AM.
Mandela , Walter Sisulu, Oliver Tambo, Kwame Nkruma, Obafemi Awolowo, Sir Ahmadu Bello, Great Zik, are all ordinary men with date with history just because they took their destiny in their hands as youth.
The time is now for all young Nigeria to unite and speak one voice, LET OUR GOVERNMENT GIVE US OUR FUTUE BACK.
Our future is for them to restore dignity back to our educational system,
Our future is for them to standardise our health institution
Our future is for them to give us power (electricity)
Our future is for them to stop all forms of killings. (Jos, Extra Judicial and all manmade killing)
Our future is for them to serve and not steal.
Our future is for us to speak up. YES WE CAN
We have had enough.
